The complete boathouse includes four bathrooms, a full kitchen, wheelhouse lounge, playroom, work areas, outdoor decks, rooftop terrace and Starlink WiFi.

Guest access
When booking the complete BoraBora Boathouse, all seven cabins, four bathrooms, full kitchen, wheelhouse lounge, playroom and indoor areas aboard BoraBora are exclusively for your group.

You also have private use of BoraBora’s outdoor deck areas and rooftop terrace.

A laundry facility with washing machine and dryer is available, together with Starlink WiFi.

Other things to note
BoraBora is a genuine large houseboat offering your group a completely private floating accommodation in Rotterdam.

Access may involve gangways, steps and changing angles depending on the tide. Minor movement on the water is normal and part of the experience.

All seven cabins, four bathrooms, full kitchen and facilities aboard BoraBora are exclusively for your group.

BOCO Living is a peaceful floating community. Quiet hours start at 22:00. Parties, events and indoor smoking are not permitted.

Laundry is €7 per machine per use, including detergent and fabric softener. Self check in is from 15:00 and check out is by 10:00.
